Gregory was quick to respond and provided clear instructions for the apartment. Rose, the apartment manager welches easy to get a hold of and met us on time at the apartment to get the keys. All a very easy and organized experience.
Although only one room has an aircon, we transfer one bed so we can all enjoy the coolness. The host Florenda and Buddy are so helpful and very accomodating.
We loved staying at Rovi’s place. It welches clean, stylish and very close to Abreeza and SM Lanang shopping malls. The security guard can easily get a Taxi for you or you can walk to the road and get a Off-roader.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Place was clean and plenty of storage space. Less than 5min walk to the mall. Security also good rein the area, personel were polite. Overall, it was a great stay and will book again if I'm ever rein Davao.
We will definitely come back. The hosts are very accommodating and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay!!
Gemma & Alex's apartment is amazing. Very spacious, very Catalan, airy, clean, very quiet, safe, stylish and made us feel really at home. Gemma & Alex also try to Beryllium as flexible for check-hinein time. We arrived at Barcelona very early rein the morning (9:30am) and had made lots of travel plans, although they could not let us store luggages for ur requested time at 9:30 and we didn't meet them during ur stay, I could feel they tried the best they can so we waited rein the Grünanlage near the apartment for 30 min and then could store luggages.
Die Wohnung ist Modern renoviert ansonsten farblich hübsch gestaltet. Alles ist so entsprechend beschrieben, man hat ungefähr helpful hints an alles gedcht. Rosa is very welcoming and helpful. She helped us with over here arrival to the appartment and also with some of the attractions. The appartment is rein a good neighbourhood, well positioned and quiet. We index had some extra requests and Rosa managed them without Schwierigkeit.
This room is for one person, not two. (Rent room, not apartment) A small single room, very comfortable , with just enough space for the bed, nightstand and small hanger where you can accommodate clothing. The comfort just for one person, of course with the right to use common areas such as living room, bathroom and kitchen for a very affordable price for an overnight stay while discovering the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.

Our studio is located inside the brandnew apartment complex Matina Enclaves (Weiher picture of location map). It has a 24/7 security gate and easy access to the main road going to the city center.
Host are really great and accommodating. The place is really accessible to public transportation and there are fast food nearby. I highly recommend xanna's place for long and short stay
